PROJECT MANAGER

Project Managers are the beating heart of interdisciplinary teams at Five by Five and beyond.

ABOUT THE JOB

This is about maintaining a birds-eye view of project traffic flow and making sure diverse activities within our growing team are organized, on track and moving forward. You will be at the heart of interdisciplinary teams: driving projects to implement defined business objectives.

At a strategy level, you will participate in design and ideation sessions in support of tactical execution. At an operational level, you will be our connection to clients, production partners and vendors. You will forge long lasting relationships with all these people as you will be the go-to person for making sure that the process is reliable, scalable and completed with great production value.

This role requires a strong operational focus, creativity and hard-core juggling skills.

ABOUT YOU

You can write an operational roadmap for tentacular projects and--more importantly--implement them on time and with great production value. This means you insanely organized, detail-oriented and exceptionally talented at herding cats.

You are a self-starter who understands that no task is never too big or too small. You are flexible, have a healthy disrespect for the impossible and get sh#t done.

We are diploma-agnostic for this position, but you do have at least 3 years of project management experience or broader operations expertise under your belt.

People from all walks of life genuinely like working with you. Because you possess good business judgment and solid communication skills (in both French and English, but especially in French), but also because you care.

You think on your feet. You can anticipate the needs of your fellow team members and clients and help them by resolving operational issues before they even arise

Position based in Paris, France.
